We are confident in our capability to deliver at Inditeweb. Supplying on promises is difficult for a lot of our competing companies. It is not a challenging issue for us. However, the true difficulty is to deliver a better-than-expected outcome within the time limit. And the majority of the time, we are successful in meeting the challenge.

Because we do it all at Inditeweb in a structured manner, we don’t have to confront issues like task cancellation and refund. Even so, we have established some guidelines in this regard.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancelling any project, customers need to inform us one month before, during the working days of the service contract by using the recommended method. After that, you can withdraw by emailing.

Cancellation requests for services availed with promotional offers are not entertained. Likewise, cancellation queries for domain name registrations or exchanges are not accepted.

If you do not pay the following fee within ten days, your service agreement will automatically be cancelled. If the project is cancelled, the fee will not be credited back.

Policy on Refunds:

  • Our refund policy varies depending on the service.
  • If a refund is issued, we will take a deduction for the already completed work.
  • Organizational or installation fees will never be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Taxes paid for regulatory amenities wouldn’t be refunded.
  • We will nullify the agreement but not return the money to you if you breach the terms and conditions of the policy.
  • We will not issue refunds if there is a delay or interruption in service due to third-party participation.
